Back from charming Sodus Point, NY, where we went to a wedding and saw many wonderful people. I'm sure you'll be shocked -- shocked! -- to hear that I'm very tired. Now that we're done with all three of the weddings we were invited to this summer,I will eventually describe all of them, with lovingly detailed compare & contrast bits... just not right this moment, because I can haz sleepybrain now plz kthx.
Quick rundown of various unresolved plot points: House stuff is progressing, although we're having to cancel basically all plans previously made for the near future in order to pack and clean. The sprout is fine and very kicky at this point; at my OB appointment the other day the doctor said "Almost done now!" and I just about keeled over from shock. It turns out that BEMS is not, in fact, going to be sending me an alto recorder, so now I have to decide if it's worth ordering one from VH at this late date. And... I can't remember what else is supposed to be going on.
