It's so nice to not be working right now... until I look at my bank account... and then I shudder. Oh well.
My resume is all finished.
My resume has been sent to nealry 10 different firms in Orlando. All of the said firms are hiring, as my professor/advisor gave me all their information.
Other than that, I've just been relaxing.
Went to the Fringe Festival with Brian on Friday and Saturday night.
Friday we saw Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Loved it. I've seen the movie and liked it alot too, but this was better I think. It was just very funny and entertaining... what I like in any kind of theater productions.
Saturday we went and saw "The Apple". It was... different... Started out more like a performance piece. As I was sitting there I felt as if I should be in a coffee shop drinking a latte or something. But it picked up after a little bit. There was no plot really. The story was about all the oppression and whatnot that started after Eve took the apple from the tree in the Garden of Eden. Feminism, Racism, and homophobia were all topics of "discussion" i guess. Much of the show seemed improvise. Not my favorite thing to sit through, but it wasn't bad. Anyone who can do a 5 minute "skit" using the word "cunt" is okay by me... haha..
