Alex and I just finished playing Technobabylon, a point-and-click adventure game from Wadjet Eye Games. It's very, very good, and I strongly recommend it if you like point-and-clicks with serious plot. (It's not completely devoid of humour, but it's very definitely thriller and not comedy.) Yesterday we had a GamesAfternoon, focusing on playing people's home-made games. angoel was there, who created On the Underground, and he'd brought some more of his games.
