I watched the lightning from on top of Josh's garage tonight. It was absolutely beautiful. Josh is cool, and Steph is a lucky girl. She deserves him though, 'cause she's just as cool.
Sharing classic books with one of *my* friends - I never thought the day would come. Its the greatest thing ever. Pitiful, I know, but something I've always wished I could do, a friend who is interested in the same things as me, something intelligent and worth the time. I wish Steph was going to college with me rather than Kristina. Or both of them then. I could tell Steph my life story and 1)she'd listen & 2)she'd get it. Steph is more... real than I thought. I think I realized that when I was talking to Josh on the roof - she couldn't be dating someone like Josh for three years and be one dimensional.
I'm waiting for the opportunity now.
