A Christmas Carol - Sim version in B&W (none of that colourization for me)

Any thoughts on/suggestions for cooking sprays? I used Pam years ago but stopped because it makes me cough. My non-stick baking pans are getting mighty old and I want to replace them with non non-stick ones.
