Ad Astra was this past weekend. Unlike others conventions, I did get a fair amount of sleep. (Something about having a hotel room to yourself and not having my best friend there - who I would talk to until 4 in the morning - makes a difference ( Read more... )

World Fantasy has come and gone, as has my extended vacation to visit C&D. At this time two days ago, I was sitting in the Plaza de Mesilla enjoying the sunshine and chatting.

Okay, think I'm almost ready to leave for Ad Astra. Almost.

A report will follow - at some point. I seem to have returned home with a case of con crud. At least I had today away from the office. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

For the short version: I had fun. The reading seemed to go well. Meetings were had.
