We have similiar tastes in chocolate. Oops, forgot about raspberry - that used to be a favorite. Hazlenut can be good too. Mn, chocolate covered pretzels are also a good choice.

Ah, those tubes, seem to go on forever when you're a kid. I don't recall ones with that sort of candy but I remember M&M kind of things. I think we all have those candies though, those ones that we ate and were crazy about but weren't very good. For many it's those candies that are stuck to paper. I think mine was Rolo's which aren't very tasty but were to me at the time delicious (and I liked that they wre neat to eat).

omg, yes, I did love the Hershey's Cookie's and Cream. That and Toblerone were an addiction. I am impressed at the cleverness of the boys at the same time that I'm as upset as you are. The honest thing to do was to tell you, the Augustus greedy thing to do was to take advantage. And your Mom rules for that punishment, very fitting ( ... )

HOLY SHITE CANDY CORN.8D - I laughed out loud. My mother is also fond of that stuff.

Coco Pops and stuff could count, but we all know the Candyman's opinion on cereal. Hm, there's an interesting plot bunny. I did like Cocoa Krispies as a kid, there is something special about milk becomming chocolate milk.

Ah, I believe we've all made ourselves sick on Halloween candy at least once. I never threw up, but I do remember intense gut pains with my mother saying, "I told you. Not doing that again, are you?" And I didn't....for a few years.

He, he. Loony said the same thing. I do like orange chocolate, but for a long time in childhood I disliked flavored orange anything. Duck al orange sounded like the most disgusting thing on Earth. My palette has broadened since then.

You also made me think of "blood oranges".

Dark chocolate is an aquired taste. It's perfectly normal to like milk and milk can be delightful but I've liked dark since young and am now lactose intolerant. Add the benefit of eating dark chocolate to the mix and I can't resist. It's a treat I indulge in now and then. Also, since I have a sensitive palette, I can grasp the true flavors of the chocolate (the bean itself) in dark form. My mother likes Cadbury chocolate, which is very creamy indeed but the European vareraties are much less sweet (and interesting!) than the bar sold in the U.S. My father isn't much for candy or candy bars - he liked Heath bars and Almond Joy. I thought they were disgusting as a child and happily gave them over at Halloween ( ... )

Yay! Thank you for answering. I hope they will inspire yourself as well as others. The answers have provoked more memories in myself already.

I like to try things that are good for me too, dark chocolate was a perk since I liked it already anyway.

Blue raspberry has gotten overdone, hasn't it? Penut butter, gooood choice ( ... )

1. Favorite? Can I say melted chocolate? I love any type of chocolate especially if it's been melted, for some reason that just appeals to me. When it comes to solid chocolate I'm probably a belgian milk chocolate fan.

2. Whiskey, Vanilla, Strawberry, Caramel, Champagne, Raspberry, Blueberry

3. Cookies, Ice-Lollies, Suckable Sweets, Fruit Gums

4. DipSticks!! Basically sticks of buscuit that you'd dip into melted chocolate. I loved them so much! Don't sell them anymore though.

5. There are these sweets called softmints that my Grandad always used to eat. When ever him and Nan would come over to eat he'd always secretly slip me one even though he knew I wasn't meant to have them just before dinner. It was out secret ;):)

6. Anything overly rich and sickly, and Black Licorice
