Happy New Year!  May 2009 be a good year for us all.

Sorry for the recent silence but I got sick at Christmas and have been largely off the wires.  Fortunately I was OK for the day itself which was spent in the company of friends and with a beautiful Christmas tree kindly decorated by friends:

Watching the tree in the dark is one of my favourite wastes of time! The other side of the coin is that I suffer pangs once the magic is gone (needs to be out of the house by 6th Jan - Twelfth Night - or the spooks will have you!).

Both pics are sufficiently gothic for you to appreciate, I think! Gackt seems to be going through a mod-goth/mediaeval/age of decadence liking for black and white and symbolism and the para-human and who knows what else!

Anyway, the links are the cure for a scratched head.

Oh, I am starting to feel better, thank you. My brain is beginning to shrug itself free of the mental pins and needles of ill-dom.
