How things can change within a year

How ironic.

I had a class, more of a seminar, that focused on various lectures. One was resume and cover letter building. I remember I was at a loss for this class. I didn't have much to fill in my resume. My cover letter was a joke. It was so short and empty. Now, I'm fighting to keep my cover letter to five paragraphs and my resume is threatening two pages when I want to keep it to one. One year changes so much. Just simply going into MRI has opened up so much opportunities, most of which I probably have to thank the head of the DI department for. Because of him I was sent to Midstate (which I despaired over initially in the weeks prior clinical) and had the best clinical experience I could ever have. I wanted to learn more and I was so interested in this area of study. I kind of went into MRI with a more mediocre feeling. Now, I'm excited over it. I don't ever remember being this enthusiastic about going to clinical for x-ray. I always took every sick day I could get. I have a feeling that this time around, I'll only be using one of my sick days, and that's just to extend my spring break by a day.
