HOW did Supernatural get so GOOD? WHEN did this happen? Is fandom writing for the show now or what?
Seriously, man. This show never made me squee like it's doing now. I wonder if something did change, or if the story is just in a good stride right now.
Let me start with moments that made me lol:
"Deanna and Samuel? Really."
"This is senior SENIOR Father Cheney." CHENEY.
"My mother is a babe. I'm going to hell. AGAIN." *flaily*
GOD IS MY CO-PILOT.
Man. MAN. I could guess the premise of this episode because futuresoon used a LIFE ON MARS tag on a post (REAL SUBTLE, THERE) and HAHAHAHA, 1973! I WILL TAKE THAT AS A LOM REFERENCE, WRITERS! And is it just me, or does the Mary actress look a lot like Eliza Dushku?
Man! Seriously, is fandom writing for this show? That's how satisfying it was. Dean got to meet his grandparents! And influence John to buy the Impala! MAN! Now I wish I'd payed more attention to this show! And Castiel! MAN, I LOVE CASTIEL. I love his voice. He can still be more than he seems, so I hesitate to say that I love him, EXCEPT I DO. Dean got to be ALL SORTS OF AWESOME, and I haven't loved him this much since In My Time of Dying.
WAH! I'm still watching, and DUDE, Samuel!Azazel just killed Deanna (Deanne?)! THAT IS SO TWISTED! OH SHOW! And he killed Samuel! So Samuel never really knew the truth about Dean! DUDE DUDE DUDE. Mary is where it all started! She made a deal! For John! OH GOD AZAZEL REALLY? Did you HAVE to kiss her? Like the poor girl hasn't suffered enough?
And the Azazel plot isn't done yet, then? AAH! "So stop it. Or we will." AAAHHH! FANDOM WAS RIGHT! FANDOM ALWAYS KNOWS. Fandom guessed that was Castiel's deal, that this season was about Dean (GOD) trying to stop Sam (THE ANTICHRIST). And this makes Ruby a bad influence? MAN. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, BUT I AM ENJOYING IT SO MUCH.
*FLAIL FLAIL FLAIL*
SIGH. That was really awesome. Good job, show. Good job.
I NEVER thought I would see the day when Supernatural made me happier than Heroes or House, but I have say, today is it.
