I never mentioned Jaws!
I was looking at Jaws this morning, and I realized I haven't written about him here! Jaws is actually Jaws the Second, and he is a red Crowntail Betta fish. Ok, so I'm not really supposed to have a pet in the dorms here. But you know what? He's one little fish, he doesn't take up hardly any space at all, he doesn't smell bad, and he's easy to hide. Jaws the First was a goldfish I won at a carnival a month ago. Well, he survived two days in a red plastic cup, so I bought a tank and everything. He promptly died. go figure. So, since I had this one gallon tank and the rocks and plants and everything, I figured I would get another fish. My fiancee did some research, and asked if we could get a betta because they are pretty hardy fish (read: hard to kill) and they have a lung type thing that allows them to breathe both from the water and the surface. This is apparently "cool", as well as the fact that they actually interact with you. So Jaws the Second has been here for almost three weeks now. We even left his for 10 days while we were on Spring Break with these special nutrient-vitamin-food replacement tablet things. He was still alive and healthy when we got back! And he has a surprising amount of personality for a fish. I think he recognizes me, because everytime I walk into the room and he sees me, he puffs out his fins and swims to the top of the tank waiting for a treat. Ok, so I spoil him. He gets two meals a day of his little betta fish pellets as well as the almost daily treat of a freeze dried blood worm. He's cute. :)
Let's see, what else. I am thinking of buying a new Pullip. The last Jun Planning doll I bought was an Another Soldier Rabbit, and that was last July. I bought a couple of BJDs last fall, but the last doll of any kind I have bought was before Christmas. I adore the June release scheduled for this year. I think her name is Mir? She is wearing a red and black kimono and is just gorgeous! In the mean time, I think thinking about many Zuora, LRRH, or something. If I could find an Assa for a decent price, that would be awesome! She's really pretty. I've also decided to try my hand ot customizing. My Rida just isn't appealing to me the same way anymore. So I am going to try to change her eyebrows and lips. I will keep you guys updated on how that is coming.
But, in the mean time, I have P-rade practice this afternoon, which I need to get reayd for.
