Gah
Last week went well, pulled four 10 hour shifts in order to have Fri off. Or WOULD'VE pulled 4 if on 2 of those days I hadn't been sick. *sighs* Better now, damn allergies made me think I had a cold.
Work is work, not much to be said about it. Although, I'm fixing to try to post up some pics from it. The machine I'm on and a BOX from the Caribbean! *snickers*
Family...well they're still here and that's saying something. *plots to keel brother* At least he stays outta the house most days.
Sally had her wedding shower. That wedding is going to be like watching the circus, dunno what part I'm playing yet, depends on theguyI'venevermet that I'm walking with. But from what it sounds like I'm going to be holding the loop for the lion to jump through, *laughs*.

Title: Lovers
Word Count: 83
I have many lovers, diverse as the number of days in the year.
Tall and thin, tall and plenty,
Short and plenty, short and rounded.
Pretty as a Kincaid all of them are.
But alas I am the only one to see,
Feel, touch, hear, and smell
These pretty lads fair.
For in my minds eye, they love me for all their worth.
Until I put them on papers, thin and white,
For others to see and love,
Feel, touch, hear and smell.

A mark of pain
Creases the mother’s brow,
A face of fear
On the son’s pale face.
Sorrow shines in the eyes
Watching the boy pass before,
Long before into the darkness
Of mystery and strange beyond.
Tears stain the cheeks,
Fear turns the blood.
Darkness calls in the corner.
The light shines bright above.
No one knows to which he goes,
No one, but the forgotten God.
Darkness shimmers with taken promises.
The light fades far away.
Fear paints the face, as darkness brands
The boy long forgotten
By the God no one knows.

I follow my lord, this way and that.
To whores houses, far and wide.
I stay in the corner, whilst he is with them.
A dark alley corner, so his mistress may not see.
Whilst she and my own mistress visit gentlemen fair.
