I'm such a mother-hen! I took Tippy, my kitten with the nerve damage (for those who remember), to the vet this morning to be spayed. Yeah, I know, spaying is so routine that vets can do it in their sleep. But I started biting my nails about an hour ago, waiting for them to call and tell me she's awake. I think I'm more anxious than I usually am

Hang in there sweetie! They become our babies/kids so fast... it is normal to get nervous but I'm sure she'll be fine. :)

She came home yesterday around 5:30 pm. She was absolutely exhausted, but she refused to go to sleep until I went to bed around 11 pm. First round of pain meds went great, but this morning she was onto me and we had a little battle. *g*
