158 is not the best number in the world

I've decided to try a new weight loss program. It's nothing new from what else I've tried (eat less/better, exercise more) but I'm adding a twist.

I'm telling everyone I know what I'm doing.

My failures this area may be in part because I try it quietly and no one will bug me if I don't succeed. So this time, I'm trying to find people who are willing to motiviate me and push me into actually getting out there and doing something.
