Joy & Delight or Why I'm glad I'm renting

We have water coming in on the baseboards downstairs in John & Christina's place. At first, we thought it was a broken pipe by the toilet but cleaning up and investigating showed that water is coming in under the baseboards in the living room, the kitchen, and the bedroom. It's become a veritable pool in each of the rooms. We've been calling 24 hour flood people, all of them seem to be willing to fix things up afterwards but none know anything about stopping it -now-.

Damn.
