I've made a few resolutions for this year, but like every other year, most will avail me naught but guilt. I really should just resign myself to being the rather common, rather ugly and sad little example of human life that I am. Trying to be anything else just seems pointless - Might as well try to change the course of the sun for all the good it'll do me.
Acceptance might at least bring me a bit of peace, and then maybe I'll sleep better. I won't bet on it though, I have no luck.
