Wed. Aug 8: TOOK A BREAK!
Having done 6 straight days with at least 20min or more of exercise, I decided to take today off. My neck is feeling better, but leaning back even just a tiny bit or raising my arms sends my upper abdominals into fits. This is how I used to feel after the three day audition camps I went to for the Cavaliers.
Groceries were gotten, today, and now that I have bananas and gatorade again, I can really start digging into my workouts and extending them. At the same time, though, I'm about to have a lot less free time then I've had in a while, so negotiating time is going to be key.
RMFC is this weekend! Can't wait to get back and have some fun.
