Searching for a fic!!!

Recently I've remembered reading a fic (I don't think it was finished either) a long time ago, I don't remember the author or the name of the fix and I'm not even sure if I read it here or not but maybe you guys can help.
Ryan was a triplet and could control water and he saved Calleigh from sharks when she fell in the ocean? I also remember something about him having turtles? that liked to watch soaps?
