Looking for a fic

I'm looking for a fic that I read a while ago and I want to re-read it but do not recall its title or author. The only thing I remember about the fic is that it is an AU fic where Eric is a member of a local mafia. Eric's boss kidnaps Ryan to interfere with an investigation but Eric sort of falls in love with Ryan. In the end, Eric protects Ryan and keeps him safe. And there is a happy ending. That's all I remember. I hope it does ring a bell...
