Well, I haven't been able to check in until just now, my trip has been rather...eventful, but I wanted to stop in and at least wish everyone a Happy Christmas. Ordinarily I'd start with some sort of threat, but seeing that you already know I've no wand, let's skip that part. Just so long as you understand that this isn't a favour.

I've a flat. I won't be needing it past next week, and it's paid up for the year (next.) If you should grow tired of borrowing space elsewhere. There's nothing there I value so much that it would matter if you happened to shed on it.

It's two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a luxury bath and a view. If you don't happen to want it, I'll just leave it empty. Either way.
