Mushroom soup recipe

Take two onions and a bag of mushrooms (25 normal sized mushrooms or something). I also used three potatoes to bulk it out. Finely chop all the veggies.

Melt about 2 tbsp butter with some vegetable oil. Add veggies, about 1 tsp salt, lots of pepper, saute until tender (about 15 mins). Add 1 litre of stock. Simmer for a while (about 30 mins).
The smell is amazing.
