mini-pies

I make mini-pies in my muffin pan. They are a good size, I usually take 3 or so for my lunch at work. I reheat in the microwave then put them on the sandwich toaster (lid open) to crisp the pastry.

So far I've tried 2 kinds:

mini shepherds pies
browned beef mince, garlic, onion, grated carrot and zucchini, sliced mushrooms and peas, mixed with Continental rich beefy mince recipe mix, all cooked up in a big pot. Shortcrust pastry bases, topped with mashed potato (I'm lazy, and I like Deb, with chopped chives mixed thru) and then grated parmesan.

mini egg and bacon pies
Puff pastry, cooked ham or bacon, 1 med-large egg fits perfectly in each (pierce yolk and mix around a little). Chopped tomato, pepper and chopped parsley on top.

I think little fruit (apple, apricot etc) pies would work well too. Any other suggestions?
