Tonight, for the first time in six years, I have been grossed out by something. Pushed to the point of feeling physically sick due to something that is written/spoken/drawn.
Waita Uziga, creator of the story "Schoolgirl in Concrete", my hat goes off to you. The sheer fact that your portrayal of the story combined with the imagery made me sick is a testament to humanity's capacity to not only hit the highest of the high, but the lowest of the low.
I intend to come away from all of this with a new respect for humanity. Wish me luck.
