Following on from the bacon chocolate review I wrote a couple of weeks ago, I picked up their wasabi ginger chocolate:

Appearance: A deep, smooth brown, darker than I associate with a 55% chocolate.

Smell: A rich, chocolatey smell, nice and bitter. There's a very faint sharp undertone, but it's barely noticeable.
