"Dinner with Lindsay and Cindy"
Note: Since there's a lot of time left until the next Women's Murder Club Day, I shall entertain you here and on twitter with little tidbits. This idea came out of a TV interview and a few twitter interactions. You probably saw Angie Harmon on the Rachael Ray show this year. On twitter, Aubrey Dollar's Mom posted a picture Aubrey had made for her on Mother's Day. I thought this would be a great dessert to Angie's Teryaki Salmon, and asked for the recipe which Aubrey was kind enough to provide.
Asked for what wine would be best to go with the salmon, Angie cast a vote for red.
Qbeck and I tried all of it together, and the results were delicious.

The wine we had with it is called Barefoot and would work in both red and white, but who are we to argue with Lindsay Boxer? :)
Try this out, and why not watch an episode of Women's Murder Club afterwards?
