Party Party in my Tummy!

(That one lady to the way left looks totally ready to party party, no?)

Just 'cause I am who I am, I have to ask a lot of questions of the new junior Senator, about her bailout stance, about what seems to be a disconnect on issues with the majority of New York voters, about whether she would agree with everyone who has since said to me "you must be so happy she is from upstate!!" or agree with me that the Hudson Valley is not Buffaheezy, or the Roc or Syracuse,* and about this sketchy list.

All those questions aside, I have to be pleased that Paterson chose someone once elected by some New York State citizens, and in a pretty grand way, by kicking some seriously entrenched Republican ass.

And thennnn, AND THEN, I have to be WHAT THE FUCK AMERICA:
David Boies and his son, Chris, both partners at Boies, Schiller & Flexner, the law firm where Gillibrand was once upon a time a partner herself, each donated 25 grand to Paterson's gubernatorial campaign on the same fine day of December 23rd, 2008. Hate the game, don't hate the players?  Sure, but this still fucking sucks, as does the entirety of the bullshit enumerated here.  I implore you to Google one of the mofos who donated over 25 grand to Paterson and tell me this system ain't broke.

*THERE ARE CITIES UPSTATE PEOPLE, MY GOD. Not every upstater is a country bumpkin who hates gun control and gay rights.

Speaking of parties, hosted a superb one last night, that somehow devolved into a throng of men (read: seven, in a teensy NYC apt) jumping to the likes of Green Day and Weezer (...), and am just finishing up an even superb-er morning, thanks to Broadway Restaurant and Mel's drunkydrunkdrunk friends.

OH! Dr. Cappucino's son was in my house for said party!!!  Upon leaving, he called me Mrs. Buffalo, and that was just, correct.
