Title: True Feelings
part 8- Uh oh, What's going on with Shimarie?
Rating: PG 13, contains mild swearing

Summary: When someone is upset or not feeling well then it's better to leave them alone for a while. However, when someone feels like they need help but the love partner doesn't understand then what does the person do.

The appartment is in peace, quiet, and in a worry free zone now. The room is in total silence til a half an hour later Shimarie starts crying and burning up. Wayne is there trying to tell her that everything is ok, n nothing bad will happen to her again. Then Jeff came into the room.
"Hey, What's wrong? Is she ok?" asked Jeff
"She's ok now, Jeff you can go back to sleep. I will take care of her." said Wayne
"Ok I will, but you didn't answer my first question. What's wrong?" said Jeff
"She was having a nightmare, and moving all over the place then all of a sudden she laid frozen stiff for good few minutes. I woke up when she started moving around, but after the first few mintues of being stiff she started to cry then she woke up panting then started crying some more." said Wayne
"Oh I'm sorry, Is there anthing I could do to help out?" said Jeff
"It's ok Jeff, you can go back to bed. I have everything under control." said Wayne
"Alirght then, night Wayne." said Jeff
"Night Jeff."
Wayne looks at Shimarie, n brushes her hair to the side then feels her forehead. "Oh man, Shimmer your burning up hun. I'll go get a washcloth for you head." Wyane gets up off the bed n heads for the bathroom to get a washcloth with cold water then wrings it out that way it wont get the carpet wet, and goes back to the bedroom n find Shimarie lying down asleep above the covers. He goes over to her side of the bed n rubs the cloth on her face to cool her down a bit, then he folds the cloth in half n places it on her forehead. The two tof them fall asleep n hope that when they wake up the day will be better.
"Mmm, good morning sunshine. Did you sleep well?" said Greg smiling at Jeff
"I slept just fine, n good morning to you babe." said Jeff smiling then kisses Greg
"I better get breakfast made cuase Shimarie will be getting up very soon."said Greg
"Uhh, Greg I wouldn't count on Shimarie getting out of bed today cuase she's not feeling very well." said Jeff
"What she's sick now, oh man. What the fuck is going on? I guess that I will make her breakfast then take it to her in bed."said Greg
"Hi guys, you two can eat breakfast without Shimarie this morning cuase there is no way Shimarie can get out of bed without falling down." said Wayne
"Wayne I'm going to make breakfast for her n I will take it to her." said Greg
"That won't be a good idea Greg cuase she is not feeling good at all. I tried to cool her down last night with a washcloth against her forehead then a hour later she woke up n headed straight for the bathroom n she fell down on the way, man just talking about it make me want to go back into the bedroom with her n make sure she doesn't get hurt again. I'm going back to the room guys, n if my or Shimmers phone rings just let it ring, so please don't answer them." said Wayne
"Ok Wayne, we wont answer them. I hope that she gets to feeling better soon cuase I would like to play basketball with her." said Jeff
Wayne leaves the room n heads back to the bedroom where he finds Shimarie is not in the bed, so he goes to the bathroom n he finds her in the bathtub.
"Shimmer, what are you doing?" asked Wayne
"I'm trying to relax n get cooled down hun. I'm sorry that I didn't let you know where I was. Are you mad at me?" said Shimarie worried
"No, Im not mad at you. I just got worried cuase you weren't in bed when I came back into the room. Shimmer, I don't want to loose you...Would you mind if I help you get cooled down?" said Wayne
Shimarie smile n nodded for him to do it, and she was glad that he wasn't mad at her. Wayne smiles at her then gets a washcloth n gets it soaked up then rub it all over her body, when he got down to her legs she immediately pulled back away from him.
"Shimmer, What's wrong? You used to love it when I touch you there, and now you don't want me to touch there. Shimmer I'm starting to get really worried about you. Can you please tell me if I did anything wrong?" said Wayne sadly
"I'm sorry Wayne it's just that...it's nothing, forget it...you can get back to doing it." said Shimarie
"No Shimmer, something's wrong I can tell. Can you please tell me?" said Wayne
"I'm sorry Wayne, I can't tell you....I wish that I can tell you, but I just can't tell you." said Shimarie
"Shimmer, wait..." said Wayne
"No Wayne, I can't. I'm sorry..." said Shimarie then leaves the tub n heads towards the bedroom to get dressed
Wayne stands in the doorway of the bedroom watching Shimarie get dressed. "Wayne can you please leave."
"Shimmer come on you used to let me watch you get dressed. Why are you acting like this?" said Wayne
"I'm not acting like anything, I'm still myself and if you don't want me then I will just leave!" yelled Shimarie
Shimarie heads towards the front door, nods n smirks at Greg n Jeff then she left slamming the door behind her without taking her cell phone n purse with her. She listened to her feet n they just started walking without knowning where she would end up at. She came upon a Colins place so she knocked on the door, but Colin didn't answer the door Ryan did.
"Hi Shimarie, I'm glad to see your ok. What are you doing here? I figure that you would be with Wayne."said Ryan
"On the outside I might look ok, but on the inside I don't know. I don't know why i'm here, I was just paying attention to my feet n let them do the walking so they put me here. I don't want to be Wayne right now, not after the the dream I have been having for the past few nights." said Shimarie upset
"You can come in, I can make you something to eat if you want." said Ryan
"I would like that, thank you. Is Colin here?" said Shimarie
"Yea he is, but he is still sleeping. What would like for breakfast?" said Ryan
"You can surprise me. Is it ok that I lay down on the couch? I'm feeling a little dizzy." said Shimarie
"Ok, I'll surprise you, and you sure can lay on the couch. If your dizzy then you should sit down." said Ryan
Ryan helped Shimarie to the couch, and laid her down he felt her forehead n he could tell that she wasn't feeling very well. He wondered 'how she could walk in the blistering heat outside to get from her place to here.' As she laid down, she started to close her eyes to the soothing feel of ryans hands on her face.
"Shimarie, your forehead is hot. Is it ok if I check your temperature?" asked Ryan
"You sure can, Ry." whispered Shimarie
Ryan goes to the bathroom to get the thermometer, then comes back downstairs quietly cuase he doesn't want to wake up Colin. As he gets close to the couch he turned on the thermometer, then he puts it under her tongue cuase that is the way his mom would do to him whenever he got sick. Shimarie looks up at Ryan tries to give him a smile then took his hand like she's trying to tell him something, but he couldn't understand what it she's trying to say.
"Don't talk til it's ready, ok cuase you would like to get accurate reading don't ya." said Ryan
Shimarie nodded in agreement, so she waited til it beeped then Ryan took it out of her mouth n it read 102.3 degrees.
"You are not leaving til your feeling better cuase if you go outside you will get worse. I will go get the guest bedroom set up for you, ok." whispered Ryan then kissed her forehead
"Alright, I'm sorry for doing this to you. It's just that I don't feel safe in my appartment anymore, I have had the same dream for the past few nights n I think that it's putting a strain on my relationship with Wayne." said Shimarie upset
"It's ok, you can stay here as long as you like. I know for a fact that Col and I sure wouldn't mind you staying here with us, and it's no bother to us at all. I don't like to see my friends get hurt or feel bad, so I would do anything to help them out." said Ryan
Ryan helped Shimarie up from the couch, then held her hand n lead her to the guest bedroom. He figured that she wouldn't want to be under the covers cuasse she's hot, so he just helped her lay down on top of the covers.
"You should try to get some sleep now, ok. I will go get you something to eat, alright. Can you try eating something?" said Ryan
"I will try to eat something, but just incase I might need the bathroom too. Can I have some water to drink?" said Shimarie
"The bathroom is right here-" said Ryan opening the door"-You sure can sweetie, I will go get you some breakfast made n I will bring it in for you." He kissed her on the forehead, n leaves the room closing the door behind him
"Please don't close the door all the way, or else I would get scared." said Shimarie
"Ok, I wil leave it cracked open that way you can have some peace n quiet." said Ryan
Shimarie nodded then put her head down on the pillow, then slowly drifts off to sleep. The minute that she knew she's out for good is when she has the dream again.
"Look, I'm gonna get you know matter what happens. Wherever you go I will be there watching you, and when you least expect it bam I'm there to get you. " says the voice of a young man
Then these weird creatures come chasing Shimarie across the the village square. She tries to out run them, but she couldn't they captured her and took her back to the palace.
"I told you that there's no escaping me, my young one. Guards, take her to the duegon and make sure you chain her up this time!" yelled the king
The guards took her to the duegon and chained her up, and they were notified that she wasn't allowed to be fed at all anymore til she learned to not run away from the palace.
"This the last time you will know to never mess with me again cuase you know what I will just get out again, but this time you won't be able to catch me you assholes!" yelled Shimarie
"It's no use arguing or fighting Shimmer, we are stuck here forever." said Wayne
"No, you might be stuck but I'm not. I'm getting out of here before I go all crazy like you!" yelled Shimarie
"Whoa, wait minute I'm not the crazy one you bitch! I'm just telling you that facts here cuase I don't want to see you get hurt, so it's better that you stay here with me!" yelled Wayne
While the two of them kept arguing, the guards came into the room to break them up. Each guard went to them and tightened the chains and started beating them with a whip.

"Are you gonna stop with the bickering of yours?"
whack
"No, no, no, no...NO!"screamed Shimarie waking up from the dream
"Shimarie it's ok, shhh...it's ok your just having a nightmare." said Colin
"Uh what, Colin. Oh Colin it was horrible, it was horrible. Please don't let me be alone anymore." said Shimarie crying
"It sounded like it was horrible cuase I could hear you screaming from the kitchen, and don't worry Shimarie I won't leave you aloneI will go get my n your breakfast in here that way you won't have to be alone." said Colin
Shimarie nods in agreement, so Colin leave the room but he leaves the door wide open that way she can see Colin and Ryan to let her know that she isn't alone. Colin gets his meal along with her meal and comes back into the room behind Colin following him is Ryan. They came into the bedroom and sat down on the bed with Shimarie, and she couldn't help it but to smile.
"It looks like I'm not the only one that doesn't want to be alone." said Shimarie
"Shim, you're a good person n a great friend. We don't like to see our friends get hurt or being depressed. We will always be here for you if you ever need us." said Ryan
"Thank you Ry n Col, you guys are the best friends anyone could have. I am sorry though that I'm othering you guys. I think that I should get back home now." said Shimarie
"Oh no you don't, your not going anywhere til you're feeling much better n that includes when your not stumbling over your own feet." said Colin
"Oh ok, so i'm not leaving anytime soon then aren't I?" said Shimarie
"That's right Shim, and we are here for you. We care about you very much, and we don't want to loose you." said Ryan
"He is right Shim, we don't want to loose you." said Colin"There's something I need to tell you Shim."
"What is it Col? You can tell me." said Shimarie
"Yea man, what is it? I'm curious now." said Ryan
"Shim, you and I known each other for a long time now. Over the years I felt like there was a connection between you n me, and I don't know how to tell you this and you are engaged to Wayne, but I feel like I need to tell you...I'm in love with you Shim." said Colin
The three of them just sat in silence for a while waiting to see what Shimaries response will be. Then it happen, right there she knew that Colin had loved her for a long time but she was waiting for him to tell her when he was ready. She smiled at them , and she was ready to tell him how she felt about him.
"Col, you are a great friend and I could always count on you to be there for me when I need help. I know that Wayne loves me, but I'm willing to give something up if it means to be with a friend that I can trust. What I'm trying to say Col is that I loved you too for a long time, and I was hoping that you would've ask me to marry you instead of Wayne cuase now he's proven to me that he doesn't listen at all...I love you Col." said Shimarie
Colin couldn't resist of hugging n kissing her, but he only gave her a hug cuase he if got sick then that would have meant that Ryan would have to take care of two sick people. Then Colin n Ryan got up to make sure that Shimarie was safe in their house, even if it means to keep Colin n Shimarie love for each other a secret....
