What I would do is submit the entirety of the fic to the mods when it's complete, and just explain that it should be broken into chapters upon posting. :) If you want to include different header info for the chapters (like, in case you have individual chapter summaries or ratings or whatnot), you can do that, or the mod can use the one heading for all chapters. It's up to you.

Coming in late to this but yes, as long as I know where the chapter breaks should be, that's fine. :)
