"Will I Sing Hallelujah, Will I Be Able To Speak At All..."

Going home this weekend, and I'm taking New!Catherine and Tori with me. I'm totally excited to finally eat some food that hasn't been baking under lights for hours. I've been fantasizing (EDIT: you have no idea how hard I failed the first time I tried to spell that word) about my mom's cooking all week.

Also, since arriving at Uni, I've been spreading my geekdom around like a virgin's version of an STD. I've lent Watchmen to seven people as of this moment, and I've taken it upon myself to make sure my friends aren't cinematically illiterate. But my greatest accomplishment thus far is giving the joy that is Good Omens to Tori and New!Cat. They both love it, and the night Tori finished it, we sat up for five hours talking about how she was convinced that Crowley and Aziraphale were, and I quote, "going at it." I was kind of thrilled that she was able to arrive at a conclusion that took me two years in three days.

In other news, there's a new Hetalia ficlet on the back burner, but going is slow. Why the heck haven't England and Russia interacted more in modern history? On the bright side, there's not a lot of fandoms that can discover the ins and outs of canon by simply Googling "Russian Revolution 1917."

(Also, Good Omens icon love.)
