drunk off night skies
coming back home on the light rail friday night was a blast. There was this really cool old guy who was telling old oriole war stories, these guys who wanted to drive to toronto just to see the orioles beat them more, and the best part was this guy who had this Orioles sign, and every time he flashed it the entire car started hootin and hollaring. he did it about 10 times throughout the course of the ride and never really got old.
the big lebowski is also the best cohen brothers movie. so inspired by the dude, walter, and donnie, we rolled (bowled) last night. dave, playing as Jesus (dont fuck with the Jesus) finished out with a score of 108. i was close behind with a score of 107 (i was donny and i was 'kinda' throwing rocks that night), and matt, katie, and shannon finished out the leaderboard. it wasnt nearly as fun as duckpin, but was still a welcome change from being in the dorms all the time.
also, i cashed a 42 dollar paycheck on thursday and it was gone by sunday. yeah, i'm the inverse of jewish.
i want this year to be over so i can do mindless temp work. i want gummy bears. i want a work ethic.
i want to scream.
