Post 24: Had A Good Day... Can I Remember It All Though?

I'm a little tired at the moment and I have two exams to study for so I'm gonna try and make this as quick and succinct as possible yet still informative. First off, got an A+ on my first paper for Euro Art Music... a huuuuuuge boost of confidence for me as that's the class I was totally worried about this semester. Bogart even read my paper out to the class which was awesome even if he didn't say I did it. I don't know, I haven't gotten lower than a B+ on a paper going back to E105 so maybe my future is in writing after all. It's just something I'm good at now... cool. No History of Rock either because he wants us to work on our projects and study for the exam next Wed. I believe. LEAD was good, it was an info-session on professionalism which I happened to learn a little about, like certain subtleties that I normally ignore. Multitrack II was decent -- I was awake for the entire class, that's good enough for me. Still learning the board, which is different than the one I used last semester but I'm getting there. After class was the first Beanhouse of the spring semester. I have to say, on acts alone, this was definitely the best of the year. A lot of really very good acts even if the crowd didn't always cooperate. One of the things I like about Beanhouse now is how I'm able to let my guard down and just bs with all my old friends, being that most of the people that I met in Ruden last year always show up so it's nice to see them again and catch up. Plus, it's fun messing with whoever shows up from pep band to help me and Will announce acts. We're back in top 20 too... from 26 at the end of last semester to 17 at this point with many more point sheets still left to be counted. It's been a good day, but now I gotta get some work done before I pass out.
