I was stamped as Ron almost two years ago and well.. I have never really agreed with it and during the last year a lot has changed in my life so I thought I'd just re-apply again. :)

3. Location: during my university term time: London, otherwise a tiiiiiiiiiiiny village in Northern Germany.

5. If you could live anywhere in the world for one year, where would you go, and why?: hm.. one year. Let's think it's a year abroad for my uni course (BA Digital Photography).. I think Finland, Ireland or New Zealand would be in the top 3. Of course, NZ is very, very far away from home and it is quite hard with my friends in Germany as it is.. but then again, I can do TJF jitsu in NZ. ^^;
6. Explain the significance/meaning/origin of your username: .. honestly? I just looked out of the window when I was searching for a name for my new blog-page. The page never went online but the name stuck.
7. What's your favourite holiday, and why?: Hm, some time ago I would have said anything BUT summer because I do not like the heat - but now I have got so many plans for summer! I want to find private accommodation and up until then I want to live with two other girls during the holidays. I want to train for my green belt in jitsu, I want to go to a summer ball and I want to meet people and take loads of pictures.. so summer. Definitely looking forward to it now.
8. Favourite three books (besides Harry Potter): The Old Kingdom-trilogy by Garth Nix, Die Alchemistin by Kai Meyer and The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas.
9. What is or was your favourite and or best subject in school? .. hah. Easy. German and Music. I wanted to study music then and I just was really into it (sadly I wasn't good enough to make it as a orchestra conductor, so I chose.. photography. XD) and I just loved German because of the general knowledge you could gain and show there.. loved it. I was quite a show-off there, I suppose. ^^;
10. If you could ask JKR one question, what would it be? HAH! When I meet JKR I'll be a famous photographer and I'll ask her to 'Turn the head over here please..' ;D
Eh. Dunno. I think I would ask her if she would bring out a compendium with all the background information she randomly puts up on her homepage and so on - I love background info.
11. Which of the Harry Potter books thus far was your favourite, and why?: Well, PoA will always have a special spot in my heart because of the Marauder's era.. and Sirius. Oh my god, how did I love him. ;_;
Recently HBP has become my favourite book, though.. it just gripped me. And dang, I want to know how it ends but at the same time I am dreading it because deaths will be final and it will be all over.
12. If you could have the power to perform one spell, and only one spell, absolutely flawlessly for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? I would love to be able to fly. Not only with a broom but like a bird (but not as an animagus).. that would rock. I have often dreamt about that, heh.
13. What House do you honestly think you’d end up in, and why?: Gryffindor. Process of elimination. And because I can, I know it. ;)

15. Anything else we should know?: I used to hate sports with a passion but I took up Jiu Jitsu last September and OMG, it completely changed my life. I made tons of new friends, I train four times a week and I am just generally more happy than I ever was before.
My mum died last November of cancer - it was very sad and still a relief after a battle which lasted a bit over one and a half years.
I miss my mum terribly, though. I often wish I could phone her when I am in London.
I am British, but born and grown up in Germany.. and now studying in London. It's funny how things work out - especially as my parents (both British, too) have also had connections to Germany in their childhood/youth and studied in London exactly 30 years ago.
I will always listen to worries of friends but I tend to keep my problems to myself.
I hate carrots. And dirt. And bad grammar. And stupid people. And attention whores.
