A word of warning, Dante's not the most observant of people and he has a rather short temper. As a result most of these people rank on various levels of annoyance and they're rather short. Absolutely not because I can't think of anything to write.

His estranged twin brother. A lot of Dante's problems stems from him. Dante craves Vergil's attention and he's often willing to go to pretty much any length in order to get it. Ever since he was young, Vergil was his yardstick. The person who was always better than him at everything, the person he had to catch up to. Even though he managed to beat him before his arrival in Death City, old habits remain.
It's his greatest fear that Vergil will manage to leave him behind, something left over from his childhood. Dante's doesn't have any other family member left other than him and it terrifies him to think that he might lose him as well. It's why he loves this second chance that being in Death City has brought him. But it is true that some of his terror has lessened after he's actually had to experience it after their fight in the demon world. At least by then Dante had grown enough that the impact wasn't as shattering as it might have been. Despite all this, it remains his greatest fear.
Vergil is without a doubt, the most important person in Dante's life. The only person left who he would shed tears for. Yet despite all that, or maybe even because of that, Dante will never show or admit just how much his twin means to him. The only thing he can do is just demand that the other pay attention to him, to look at him and just acknowledge that he's there. The irritation he often induces is great, because it means he can evoke an emotion. Vergil cares enough to feel something towards him even if it is negative.
Dante would like to be on somewhat good terms with him one day. It’s just a pity that one day will probably never come. They’re just too different and he’d likely screw up any chance he’d get. He already had one chance that went fairly well until he proceeded to blab to everyone about Vergil's new relationship status.

Ah Lady, where to begin. She’s the reason he started caring about the consequences of Vergil’s actions. Before he was content to let whatever happens, happen as long as he held his brother’s attention and as long as he continued to get pushed to his limits. She was the one who opened his eyes to things and he’s grateful for that.
He was surprised to find that she was also brought to Death City, but if he thinks about it, it makes sense. Dante’s happy to see her even if he does like to cover it up with his usual cocky personality. One night of drunken debauchery together and he thought things would go back as they were, but he's glimpsed something that he doesn't quite understand and considering the next time they met after that night was to sedate him to prevent him from pulling his stitches he hasn't really thought about it. He's a little busy feeling betrayed by everyone even if it was for his own good.

WHY IS HE SO LOUD? And annoying? And so bloody strong? Considering that Dante’s strongest memory of the guy is getting beaten by him, he understandably doesn’t have any good feelings towards him. But the only reason they were defeated was because Dante and Date were having some partnership difficulties so he believes the next time they face off, he’ll be the winner.

Date’s pretty much the first and only person he’s tried to resonate with (He doesn’t really count Chrome in that number). At first the other man was just someone who he didn’t mind hanging out with, someone he could just casually talk to and hang out with. But after agreeing to partner with the man, somehow against all his intentions, he ended up getting attached. Dante ended up seeing him as more than just someone to work with. Simply put, Dante cared.
Things started to go downhill after Koujurou’s arrival. Date’s canon update left him disorientated and after mistaking him for his twin brother, Dante started pulling back, withdrawing in on himself to avoid getting hurt. He saw Koujurou’s arrival as one that meant that he was no longer needed and getting mistaken was really the last straw. It made him believe that he never had meant as much to Date as he had to him. Because Dante is never one to talk about his problems, this resentment and hurt was left to fester, and was left unchecked for him to direct all his negative emotions towards Date until it looked like they weren’t going to be able to work together again.
Luckily they managed to patch things up. He’s got a lot more faith in Date now and he’d like to think they’ve gotten a little bit closer (Not something he’d ever admit it). Date's understanding for his and Vergil's backgrounds is understanding and it does mean a lot to him. Getting a further glimpse into his partner and his relationship with Koujurou in return means they both understand each other a little more. Although his conversation with Stripp bugs him a little, if partners were only supposed to work with each other, what was Date doing with all those other people?

Dante’s trying to wrap his head around the idea that being Date’s Right Eye doesn’t mean that he has to be his Weapon partner as well. He’s still not completely confident on where he stands with him. At the moment he’s just eyeballing him (No pun intended) from afar. This is one thing he doesn’t mind leaving as an uneasy truce, he knows he’s not as important to Date as Koujurou is, so he doesn’t want to risk screwing things up again.
Sooner or later he’s going to have to make peace with the older man. Dante’s just going to hope it’s later.

But like with Date, Dante found that he genuinely enjoyed his company. Even Dante could see the parallels between them when he agreed to partner up with Date and it even continued when both of them had Meister troubles. Sadly, only he was the one who managed to fix things and it’s something Dante continues to feel guilty about. Regardless of the fact that Genesis has managed to find a new, sexy partner.

It's something he's yet to come to grips with fully, he can barely talk about it and to know that the information is out there, well it hits him deeply. It's something he won't and can't deal with, he'll be avoiding her for the time being.
