The Lonely Road so stretched before me, amidst the Green Gown's kingdom,
so true I rode the backs of beasts to bargain for my freedom.
"Give to me, your Brothern, the brink that breaks these mortal ties!
Laments for me these winds doth sing to bring me to your side!"
A barrier wrought to rake the weak against the growing tides,
has proven my strength of long-lived sorrow to take to Death, my Bride.
The Silver threads of Fate to the Reddened threads of Lines,
lineage of Mysteries entertwining with my life.
So have I not seen, nor have I been, but a Shadow at the gate?
My heart now weighed, penance paid, that makes this portal gap!
So I take my first steps, for a world that wept, my passage long ago,
into a stream, a River of All things, and descend to depths below!
