(no subject)
Yay for me and my first 4.0 since like 5th grade, consisting of 4 grades over 100% (HiLite, AP Brit Lit, AP Micro and Phsyics). Even though I'm working a lot more this year, I feel like I have more than enough time to do everything I have to do and everything I want to do. Plus, I'm making way more money and not spending as much, so it's all good. I'm a little disappointed in myself for not doing this well the last 3 years, but it's my fault because of the company (1 person, really) I kept, the influence it had on me and the hoops I had to jump through daily just to not get bitched out, which left me with no energy to do anything else. But that's really not important. Mostly I was just lazy, but it's okay.
In case any of you were wondering (and you probably weren't), everything's great, and I'm not dead. I'm really glad that fall is starting... it seems like everything gets better by the day. I got emails from South Africa and Argentina this week... and this weekend was so amazing I can't put it into words, so I won't.
I feel like a tool writing in my LJ (no offense), so I'll stop now. I haven't updated in forever, and don't expect another one any time soon.
