This was sort of half a rant anyway though, because it's been a persistent problem in the Kis-My-Ft2 fandom for fans to share things against OP's rules and then the OP gets mad and stops sharing. (Just recently Kisumai released a DVD that got leaked, and then people at anon memes and foreign blogs direct linked and fully credited and all sorts of stupid things. :x) Older fandoms have enough fans now who have access/know how to access things that there's not quite as many things to worry about, but for Kisumai fandom, there's like 1 person who provides each show v__v (unless there are other Johnnys or AKB girls involved, then things are better XD)
To answer your question: if we're speaking about the uploader as in Chinese fans who share their files, then the files usually stay up for quite a long time anyway. I think if the original link has died then people don't mind if you re-up, but... Well the thing is that weibo operates more like Twitter than LJ, so when someone uploads/shares a file it's much more with a feeling of sharing with friends rather than sowing it broadcast to an anonymous community like what happens on LJ comms. So after the initial person shares and says "do not repost" ... you know, some people might not care anymore if you share stuff a month later, some might, it ends up depending on the people.
As for the Korean fandom, files are available forever once they get upped to clubbox, unless the uploader very explicitly goes and deletes them, so there'd most likely be a rule about sharing or not post-deletion. Though the Koreans get their Japanese files from weibo or jpopsuki anyway these days so... XD
