GunPoint played a good show yesterday, and so did every other band. I really wanted to see skankrats, but of course the cops fuck it up. This is what happened when I first talked to the cop. I talked him in to letting us stay a little longer. He was cool with it. So I walked outside with them right, and then this crazy neighborhood bitch was bitching. Then all a sudden a fucking tire popped out of the fucking blue.
They were about to go in to the party again, but when they started walking back. I was talking to one of the cops saying, "Sir, you know we are not capable of blowing out a tire from the backyard. We are not drinking. We are just playing our music and having a good time.Sir, don't penalize us for something we are not doing its barely 9:40 the curfew hour isn't until 11 just gives us a little more time."
Some how he got offended. I don't know with what he just seemed tense and over excited. Then he asked me this question, "Do you live here?" I replied, "No, I don't," and before I could even say "sir" he had me against the wall with three officers around me, and they all started pushing me to the car when I was trying to reach my friend to call Beto. THEY KICKED ME IN THE NUTS.
This is when I told him, "You just fucked up!" He got some what scared, and said I am gonna take you to juvi now, and I asked, "Why?" he said, "Who's Alvaro?" I said, "My friend." He says, "Well your friend is sending you to juvi." I ask, "What did he say" He replies,"Did you tell him I hit you" I replied, "Sir, you did it in public you just screwed yourself."
He was gonna take me, because he knew he fucked up. Then when someone told him my guardian was coming he made up this whole bullshit story. Saying he gave me a charlie horse that I was holding the gate for him not to get in, and being rough with the officers.
For those of you you say this vulgar display of power "Pantera" You know this was a unjustly act of authority. I haven't made any plans to press charges, but I do plan to speak out on a working day Monday.
With Love,
Bob
