Have been swimming but only managed 12 lengths due to body not co-operating fully. Also went to see the doc this morning about cramp in my lower legs that lasted well over 48 hours (all over the weekend typically and stopped after making the appointment!) Turns out the cramp and the headaches I get are both symptomatic of my body packing in slowly ( Read more... )

I am off to the doc's in ten minutes. This is because I had an appointment for 4.30pm yesterday that I forgot to go to until about 4.29pm. Fortunately they can always give you same day appts, so they just made me one for this morning once I called and said I was "running late".
