Feliz Dia De Los Muertos!
I don't have an icon for that, but only because I have been way too busy to make one.
Yesterday was looooooooong. Ecamer and I started out the day by going to school with Kindergoth. We partied with the pre-schoolers for a solid 4 hours and then rushed off to the inlaws. Carved pumpkins, had dinner, went to one of the schools that were having trick-or-treaters come to each classroom and then came back. Sister-in-law got in a car accident in the parking lot. Everyone was fine but the tail-light was broken. This morning I am supposed to go after-Halloween shopping to catch some sales, but I'm feeling a bit lazy.
Ecamer has taken a sudden interest in Magic: The Gathering. I played this game years and years and years ago and I loved it. But at one point I moved and I couldnt find anyone who played it so i ended up selling all my cards. So now I am building up again. Ecamer kicked my butt on the first game he ever played. I want to say it was only because I went easy on him at first (which it might be why) but truth is, he is quite a fast learner.
I need a new desktop. Actually I need to 'build' myself a desktop. One that can handle high graphics. Basically I need to build a gaming computer. Sooo... If any of my geeky friends out there can point me in the right direction as to.. where to start, I would be ever so happy. I need to build something that can handle running Second Life and Photoshop at the same time. Right now I can only run one or the other and when it comes to running SL, my laptop gets really hot.
Today is Ecamer's birthday so I am letting him sleep in. Kindergoth is already talking about Christmas. And right now I just want to go back to bed.
