I biked to Pilates today. Very VERY fast. My thighs were burning when I got there. And of course when I got there I did more burn-worthy Pilates moves. I biked because I wouldn't have access to a car on the way back and the day was soooooooooooooooooo nice (22!!) that I couldn't let it go to waste.
