I have a new computer. Marna hooked her foot around the power cord on morning and crashed my laptop to the floor.  Luckily I had an accidental insurance policy with Dell and they sent me a completely NEW laptop with the Vista O/S.

I also have a new washer.... or as Don would like to think HE has a new washer. I've been washing like there's no tomorrow. Naturally when Don's not around to critique me. (as if he's some kind of laundry guru?)

I'm a Senior student at school. I'm spending a good majority of my week on the clinic floor doing any thing nail related. I've had some great days and some really rough but all in all it's been GREAT!! I'm having a good time.

Some days I'm irritated with the under 25 mentality. Sheese, I don't recall being so shallow when I was that age. The good majority of my angst is due to the cosmetology students. I'm forever amazed at what comes out of their mouth. There's a male student who's ready to graduate, his name is Tim. Us girls in the nail dept. love him to pieces, he's sweet and brings our tickets to us. (most receptionist just call or leave the clients hanging until we wander by the front desk?) Anyway, Tim's sweet.... last week a couple cosmetology girls were heard saying, within obvious earshot of Tim, "Who'd go to a faggot to have their hair done? Nobody's going to go to a faggot." Needless to say we're extra nice to Tim... rightly so... like I said, we love him.

[FYI to the homophobic cos girls: Women LOVE faggots...We adore them! more so that shallow, self centered, moronic, self serving, hair techs. Not only that.... you're attitude and demeanor is a threat to women your age aka potential life long, devoted clients... I guarantee you, 95% of women eventually see right through your filmy falseness (sooner if you open your mouth and speak) and will find you repulsive. Believe me.... you're far more stupid that you think. But then again... thinking isn't your strong suit.]

As always I hang on to the belief that 'what goes around comes around'.... without fail.

My girls are driving me loopy. Zoe is so freakin' stressful. Marna adds to that by providing me with all the inside crappy details. I make the effort to sort out what might be true and what might be gossip but honestly, at some point... I'm just tired and think locking them away until they're 18 is looking better and better.

I'm off..... I need to shop for the week and study for three tests tomorrow. Not to mention finish my laundry and at least make an effort to clean up around here.

argh.... 9 am and I'm exhausted already.
