I am free, baby! Finished off all my post-planning tasks an hour ago, and now I have absolutely nothing to do for nine weeks. I'm also excited that I will officially teach Reading full-time next year. Despite my fanfic hobby, I've never enjoyed Language Arts. Whee!

Even though ALL branches of my family tree are originally English and have been in America since at least 1750, I have surprisingly darkish, honey-toned skin and medium-brown hair. I look dreadful in primary colors, but oranges and browns really work for me. Go figure. ;)

Congrats on the Reading gig. I was a Literacy Coach for three years and really liked it. I'm a new teacher mentor now and I miss the books! Have fun on your(well deserved) vacation!

Thanks! I've always been a curriculum junkie, and one of these days I might see about moving into your end of things. Would certainly be nice, since classroom management is NOT one of my strong suits. ;)
