*sigh*
ok so while i've had several times today where i just needed a hug..i'm doing ok..probably because i didn't have much choice but to NOT think about it...i've been on the phone off and on again with mom all day because of something stupid Kevin pulled this morning, so mom and i sorta both teamed up and dealt with it...me being home base (moms out of town). so yeah..
in other news..i found out about this totally awesome band..since i hardly ever get to watch much TV when i had the chance this morning i turned it on and watched something i wanted for once. well i was watching Fuse..and there was this AWESOME band on there called The Vincent Black Shadow..so i of course..watched the video and was totally in awe..then i immediately went and got the cd..(after a shower of course!! what kind of monster do you think i am? lol)..i went to Borders first but they didn't have it. Soooo i took a lovely (and when i say lovely i mean it took me like half an hour to get somewhere it normally would take me 10 minutes..traffic in L5P because of the holidays and all the novelty stores. gah. sucks on the ppl that live here) trip over to Best Buy and they had it..so i bought it..its a great cd! i had requested friendship of them on myspace before i left and by the time i got back they had added me. sooo i left a comment on their page about how i saw the video and left to go get the cd and how its so rare for me to EVER do that...well they commented me with a thanks for the add..i thought that was it..then next thing i know..their drummer sends me a message saying "thats fucking awesome! thanks for message on our page! take care spunky. Tony --TVBS" i was like "HOLY SHIT..wow..that was kinda weird" but at the same time i was doing the happy dance lol..so thats my lovely story for the day. oh btw..i'm still listening to the cd..i suggest, if you want to check them out, the songs "Metro" and/or "Fears in the water" which is the title track..both are great..
