We took seriously when we were younger the forced similarities between us and them. As I scrolled through my last few entries I began to cringe at the pain I was so deeply enveloped in. Miserable. Tortured. Alone. Even now I can feel how intense my despair was and I can only now take gratitude in the relief of it's abscence. Thank god he chose this.
