A nice surprise!
Full Pensieve (Harry Potter and the Years of Rebellion) is in the general area on business for a few days. Since we'd never met in person before, mollymorrison, perivayne and I picked a roughly central spot and drove up yesterday to see him. It was a bit of a hike, but worth it. I copied my audio study guides onto my iPod and brought them with me that way, so I didn't subject poor mollymorrison to the CISSP Common Body of Knowledge with the CD in the player. I'm sure she appreciates that. (And if she doesn't she should!) ;-)
In other news, the Fidos Juniors worked the Agility Trials on Saturday and Sunday. I went out Saturday with the daughter unit, but didn't really have to work because they had enough kids to fill the slots. I read my test sources and wandered around every once in a while seeing if anyone needed sunscreen or water. The weather was much nicer than last year--in the mid 70's instead of the mid 90's. ;-)
Overall I didn't get a lot done studywise, but I was supposed to take the weekend off after that class! Now I have about two weeks until the exam. Yikes!
