Today is the start of something. I have bought loads of low cal foods to start eating. I am trying to not eat fatty foods cuz I always end up throwing them up. I am going to try and eat 600cals a day. So far I have planned Lunch and Breaky.
Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon oatmeal 120cals
snack: apple 60 cals
Lunch: Beef OXO powder with hot water 20 cals
Diet Coke O cals
Crumpet 80 cals
Snack: Cottage Cheese and fruit pack 90 Cals
Dinner: Spinach and small peice of salmon. 140 cals? no dressing
total for the day: 520 :)
So far I ate the oatmeal and the crumpet and the diet coke and the apple and the beef oxo. still have my cottage cheese! and dinner
Tomorrow I am gonna do the same! :)
