Okay, a challenge like this is one in which I wish that I could write smut.

Darn it. You really don't want me writing smut though. I'll just sit on the sidelines and cheer people on/write non-explicit shippyness.

I'm guessing on Sam being over 40; I'd assume she would be at least 30 in the pilot, given her schooling and training, but I could be wrong about that.

Daniel said he was about 4 in 1969, which would make him 42 today, give or take.

I'm horrible at guessing ages, but I'd believe both of them to be in their 40s, visually.

Huh at everyone thinking Daniel, Vala, and Sam are all older than Cam - there's no reason for him to be the youngest, being presumably as many years into the service as Sam. Plus I think Ben's the oldest actor, 44. The Atlantis crew, while not grey-haired, would all be in that range too, IMO.
