There is nothing like having good management behind you. Bad or poor managers can really make work life, to put it kindly, UNplesent. It may be time to look for a new job...

OK, so it has only taken a week to get me almost a week to get from other people to start testing that I am suppose to have done by tomorrow. I don’t think it’s going to happen…

Overall it's been a good day. Mostly I think because I made it my day. The project I have been working on has just gotten noticed big time, as it will save some people a lot of work, which means dollars, which is starting to become in short supply these days. Yet, here I am again, redrawing up the design for a slight modification of the original. One word - Upper Management. Ok, that’s two.

And to think I'm going to have to do a trip to McLean today. I’m going to have to try and make sure I'm well away from there before the rush to leave starts. People just go way too crazy when snow hits here.

Well, it's that time of year again. No, not fall, or National Coming Out Day (which I guess it is today), or some other monumentous event, but time for me to write those words that hopefully will prove my worth to my employers and rise me above my peers, so to grant me a larger percentage of a raise then they will get.
