If God is for us, who can be against us?

Okay, so you have now been subjected to bits of my musical history. Here's the serious question:
What are you for? )

I'm for:

Reading good books. Writing good books. Good fanfic!! Sharing good writing. Cooking and eating good food. Mixing together happy scents to make even happier scents. Good magic(k). Putting color on background to capture an emotion or show something. Swimming pools that are just the right temperature. Tired kittens lying in the sun. Looking the way I want to look. Helping other people look the way they want to look, beautiful, scary, or not-them. Happy swordplay. Happy loveplay. Intense swordplay; intense loveplay. Really Damn Good Sex. Enough sleep. Backrubs. I advocate backrubs. I cannot say enough about the healing and closeness power of backrubs. Mutual backrubs.

Kids being happy.

Good quality technological thingamajiggies, or at least ones that work. Old-style hacking.

Kisses.

Alaska.

Remembering the good things; learning from bad things and moving on.

Free will.

  5. The pursuit of knowledge for its own sake
  6. Intelligent discourse as an art form
  7. Governmental non-interference in matters pertaining to personal lives of citizens
  8. Legalization and codification of prostitution

Short answer: you can bet there'll be a long one later.

Humanity.

The responsibility to be stewards of the resources available to us: human resources, planetary resources, intangible resources such as creativity, love, and dreams.

Including but not limited to:
The right to a complete and adequate education
The right to food, clothing, and shelter
The right to an environment which allows you to become the best steward you are capable of becoming.
