Date night with envoy

I got to his place under my own power, and as an extra miracle, sooner than I had told him. Go me!

We stopped and talked for a bit before going out. He gave me a bit of a backrub, to break up the knots that the trigger point therapy helped with. It's nice to be able to be touched there without it hurting. Considering where the pain goes, maybe I should consider a Chinese epigram tattoo instead of just one character. We talked again about expectations and beliefs and changing people. Must remember not to have those conversations when I'm hungry.

We went to the L-Space run. I guess I'm old enough to have nostalgia. It was lots of fun, and I saw a bunch of people, although I didn't have a chance to talk to them all, that's kinda the way it goes. It was way fun. And kalikanzeros ebook rocks. It's about half the weight of mine, and I think the screen design is a bit better.

Ooh, which reminds me -- John Ringo posted to a forum that silmarian reads that Jim Baen is pouring even more energy into making the ebook format work. Like maybe even building his own reader. Ook, ook. Go buy Baen books. He's a fabulous man. Hon, can you post that? I lost it.

Then we went back home and discussed good things that needed talking about. Like, what is foreplay? What is it for you? What is public touch? How do you tell which it is? What gives you context clues? Very thought-provoking.

And then we had sex, which was satisfying.

And then we had a little bath, which was nice and relaxing. And then that fabulous man rubbed my sore back for what must have been an hour, getting it to keep unknotting. Bliss. I have muscle again, instead of little bone-like knobs. Although I'm looking forward to a day that I don't have to use it much.
